pineapple smoothie instructions:

first in a blender add frozen pineapple slices

also add 1 cup coconut milk

fresh mint leaves

blend

now for this second one this is the mango smoothie

mango smoothie instruction:

in a blender add frozen mango slices

1 cup coconut milk

fresh mint leaves
