sweet potato pie recipe

 

hey guys welcome back to another blog so in today's blog i will be showing you how to make a sweet potato pie and this are the ingredients.

ingredients:

4 sweet potatoes

1 cup margarine(melted)

2 1/2 cups Sugar

1tsp nutmeg powder

1tsp cinnamon powder

1/2 tsp salt

4 eggs

1 tbsp self raising flour

1/4 cup milk

1tsp vanilla essence

directions:

in a pan boil 4 sweet potatoes

remove the skin of the sweet potatoes and mash it

to the sweet potatoes add the margarine

add the sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt and mix

add the eggs 1 by 1 and mix

add the self raising flour,milk and the vanilla essence

mix and add the filling to the pie crust  and bake for 1 hour at 365°F

remove your pie and let it cool
